SimplyBrainArt™ (‘we’ or ‘us’) is a website and app from which paying subscribers can download stimulus material – often known singly as ‘BrainArts” or by the name of the category on the website they are downloaded from. Therefore, it is necessary for simplybrainart.com to gather, use and retain certain pieces of personal information about you when you subscribe to download SimplyBrainArt™ material. · To identify and manage the subscription(s) you have with us, to process your subscription(s) and to conduct research into site usage.

· Email addresses will be held indefinitely or until a request has been received to remove it from our records.

simplybrainart.com would like to send you information about new and existing categories, competitions, information about where you can post your completed ‘Brainarts’ and other information relating to simplybrainart.com that we feel would be of interest to you and enhance your user experience of the site. Such information will be posted to all subscribers and viewers on the simplybrainart.com website, through our social media pages and, occasionally, directly to you via the email address we have on record for you. In using simplybrainart.com and its services you acknowledge that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal data that are transferred from you or to you via the internet.
